Bite Brands, LLC (“Bite” or “we” “our” or “us”) respects your privacy. This privacy policy (“Policy”) informs you of our privacy practices, how we collect and use your information, when it might be disclosed, and how you can manage your personal information while accessing or using our website, all email newsletters published or distributed by us; all apps published by us; and all other interactive features, services, and communications provided by us (“Site”).

1.     What Information About Me Is Collected and Stored?

Our privacy policy is simple: except as disclosed in this Policy, we will not sell, barter, give away or rent your personal information to any other company.

a.     Personal Information. We do not collect your personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, IP address, or demographic information) (“Personal Information”) solely as a result of you accessing or using our Site. We may collect Personal Information if you contact us with questions, comments, or order requests (“Submissions”).

b.    Anonymous Information. When you interact with our Site, our servers may keep an activity log that does not identify you individually (“Anonymous Information”). For example, our servers may keep an activity log that tracks all visitors to the Site, such as the registered domain or home server, time of access, date of access, web page(s) visited, number of clicks, software crash reports, type of browser used, session identification number, search terms, search results, access times and referring website’s addresses.

c.     Children Under Thirteen Years Old. Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 years old. 2.     How Does BITE Use Information?

3.     When Does BITE Disclose Your Information?

While we use reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your information, we are not liable for disclosure of any information due to errors in transmission or the unauthorized acts of third parties. No data storage system or transmission method is guaranteed to be 100% secure, and as a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you may supply.

If BITE learns of a security breach, we may attempt to notify you so that you can take appropriate protective steps.

6.     International Users.

The Site is hosted in the United States and is intended for and directed to users in the United States. If you are accessing the Site from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure, that differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your continued use of the Site (which are governed by United States law, this Policy, and our Terms), you are transferring your personal information to the United States and you consent to that transfer.
